We make mouse models with metabolic disorders using high fat and/or high sugar diet with or without physical exercise.
We are masters of the latest of the CRISPR/Cas-based genome editing technology, with which we can generate a wide variety of mouse models through manipulating the genome and epigenome.
We provide bioinformatics support to all projects within the Center. Specifically, we help annotate large and small RNA-seq, ChIP-Seq, ATAC-Seq and single cell RNA-seq data using existing pipelines and developing our own pipeline when needed.
